Charles Albano ·
| A
longtime resident of the Jersey Shore, Charles Albano writes
poems about family life, relationships, love, nature/beauty,
the human condition and the human spirit. "For me,"
he says, "poetry feeds on reflection. I believe all facets
of life and the settings we find ourselves in contain elements
of beauty, are filled with learning potential and are capable
of inspiring transcendence. I think this applies to the most
mundane and most elevated passages we make through the course
of our lifespans." |

| Charles
is a prolific poet of both traditional and free-form styles.
His volumes of poetry include poems about the sea and shore,
Manasquan Inlet, Treasure Island, a lagoon in Sunshine Harbor,
the Pine Barrens, and more, written in prose forms, rhyming,
Haiku, and the newly emerging SciFaiku. |
